Deposits are credited to your account once payment is successfully verified. The minimum deposit limit may vary depending on the selected payment method. Failed deposits will not result in funds being deducted from your source account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and compliance reviews. Processing times range from 1 to 24 business hours. 192 reserves the right to delay withdrawals requiring further investigation.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms outlined in the related promotional terms. Attempts to abuse promotions may result in bonus cancellations and potential account termination.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). If there are value differences due to currency exchange, users are fully responsible for any additional costs incurred.
